Our Story

My name is Marina, and I am the face behind Grazing Gouda. As I was studying for my CPA exams in 2o2o, my mind craved a creative outlet, so I began making beautiful Grazing Tables for friends and family. Shortly after Grazing Gouda was born. Growing up in Sacramento, my parents had a large catering company where I would spend my weekends prepping away in kitchens and serving large groups of people. Being able to graze away on a charcuterie spread while enjoying time with friends and family is what I love most, and hope you get to experience the same happiness while enjoying one of our creations. Teaching the art of making a charcuterie board and learning how to “Build a Bite” is one of my favorite things we do.
